How to read this: these stocks have just broken out. Watch for entry means they are candidates for a swing trade (a few days to weeks), not an instant Buy. Wait for your own entry, set a stop-loss first, and keep the position small.

What this list is, and is not
- A watchlist, not a buy order. A breakout can fail. Decide your stop-loss before you buy and size the position so a loss is small.
- Daily-chart signals. They are built from end-of-day prices. For timing an entry, many traders then use a 15-minute chart.
- Avoid chasing. In our own signal history, entries made after a stock had already run above the previous day's high did worse than those made on a pullback.
Honest numbers: in a 5-year test on 194 large stocks, these rules earned about +2.9% to +3.4% per trade on average, against +1.7% for random entries. Only about 4 in 10 trades won, and the typical trade was a small loss. The profit came from a few large winners. Most of the gain came from 2023, and the test only includes today's index members, which flatters results. Treat it as an edge worth watching, not a guarantee.
